In Loving Memory of Marion Comben – 27 October 1969 to 5th September 2019

I am very sorry to inform you that Marion Comben passed away early morning of 5th September 2019 at the Lakeshore Hospital in Oshawa, Ontario.

I know this may come as a shock to everyone, especially her clients whom she had personal contact with. Our prayers go out to her husband Brian, and daughters, Sophie and Chloe.

Marion and Brian were clients of mine when they moved from the U.K. to Canada in January 2005, and Marion started working for BMG on May 1, 2006. She completed an Immigration Practitioners course at Seneca College in 2008, and progressed from being our Office Manager to a senior case officer.

Over the years, she has helped many clients relocate to Canada and has enjoyed working with her clients and offering support during the immigration process.

Her funeral details have not been provided yet, however we should know more later on.

Marion has touched many people along the way and was a dear friend of mine and staff, a trusted colleague and an excellent person. She has played an integral part in the success of BMG.

We will miss her dearly.

Dennis Brazolot

“The clock of life is wound but once,

And no man has the power

To tell just when the hands will stop

At late or early hour.

To lose one’s wealth is sad indeed,

To lose one’s health is more,

To lose one’s soul is such a loss

That no man can restore.

The present only is our own,

So live, love, toil with a will,

Place no faith in “Tomorrow,”

For the Clock may then be still.”

― Robert H. Smith

Marion continued to work for BMG up until the end of August. Her illness took a sudden turn, which none of us were expecting. Please bear with us over the coming days. Your files will be reallocated to new case officers, but as you can imagine, as a small company, this has affected every staff member, to whom Marion was a trusted colleague and friend. We will contact you with details of your new case officer, but in the meantime, you may contact Helen Brereton with any queries (
